TalkSwitch lets you choose how you want to connect, using analogue telephone lines plus the option of VoIP. Connect to select VoIP service providers to benefit from competitive calling rates without the need for additional telephone lines. Use VoIP to connect your branch offices and eliminate inter-office call charges, or connect with teleworkers using IP extensions over the Internet.
Analogue and IP Phones
TalkSwitch offers freedom of choice. It works with standard analogue corded or cordless telephone sets, including DECT, and a select range of IP phones. Choose TalkSwitch speakerphones for one-touch feature keys and on-hook intercom.
TalkSwitch IP phones are easy to install with automatic detection and configuration on the LAN. Busy lamp, line and extension appearances, are available with select models of TalkSwitch IP phones, emulating key-system operation.
Flexible Call Management
TalkSwitch provides extensive flexibility in call handling to match the needs of your business. Incoming calls can be routed directly to extensions, answered by multilevel auto-attendant greetings, and even
routed based on their caller identity. Create a small business call centre with extension ring groups, queues and music on hold. Control outgoing calls with automatic route selection, directing calls to VoIP service providers, fixed cellular terminals, or alternative service providers using carrier code prefixes.
Your business doesn’t stop at the office, nor does TalkSwitch. Call cascade can forward calls to mobile phones or route unanswered calls to voicemail, ensuring calls are answered with intelligence. DISA, call back, and voicemail notification keep you connected when out of the office. Voicemails can be forwarded to e-mail for unified communications.
